What are my delivery options?

We organise the shipping for you, for the quickest, most cost effective way from us to you. There is no need for you do anything.

What is your Returns Policy?

Please go to the Policy tab on the 'menu line' of the web home page, that explains how the returns process works, but basically contact us at support@ftsolshopping,com and lets work the issue out together, we are here to help.

When will I receive my item?

Normal delivery times after order dispatch is 5 to 10 business days for NSW/QLD/ACT/VIC/SA.   

NT/WA/TAS and remote locations may take up to 15 business days.

Please note our US/Canada deliveries may take a little longer.

Shipping of $60AUD flat rate is for the rest of the world, and international orders delivery times will vary depending on the Country.

What if I receive my Item and it is damaged or has parts missing?

We take Quality control very seriously to ensure our products are at their best when they arrive to you! Should there be any imperfections with the product on arrival, refer to the Policies section in the main menu. 

Where do you get your Items from?

We have a team of researchers that look around the world for good quality products. We also have companies contacting us to sell their products. Most of the products come from the United States, Australia, China and Germany.

How do I track my item?

We issue a tracking code once shipped, so you can track the movements, we also keep you informed as to its movements during transit.

 How do I Cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to our speed of shipping out to you, (so you get the item as quickly as possible), you only have a maximum of 6 hours to cancel. Once shipped you will have to wait until the order arrives, and if you still want to cancel, contact us via email to discuss options.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship world wide.

However, some items we cant ship internationally, due the that countries rules and regulations. In this case we will contact you and find a resolution for the item.
